RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. ARTHUR R. VENTURA AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF PCSDS

WHEREAS, PCSDS Executive Director ROLAND F. RODRIGUEZ has today rendered his irrevocable resignation, rendering the position vacant, and creating an immediate need to fill up the position;

WHEREAS, under the provisions of R.A 7611 the Executive Director is to be appointed by the COUNCIL;

WHEREAS, MR. ARTHUR R. VENTURA has been nominated by the Office of the President to fill in the position;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon unanimous of the members present, RESOLVED, as hereby it is RESOLVED, to APPOINT, as MR. ARTHUR R. VENTUERA is hereby APPOINTED, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE PALAWAN COUNCIL FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STAFF, with compensation at the rate the position caries in the Plantilla of Personnel of the PCSDS, and with all the rights, privileges and responsibilities thereunto appertaining.

RESOLVED, further, that the COUNCIL CHAIRMAN be authorized to formalize and sign the Formal Document of Appointment.

RESOLVED, finally, to furnish copies of this RESOLUTION to the Office of the President, and the PCSDS.
