The Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS), in line with its goal of providing quality service to the public and consistent with Republic Act No.11032 (Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018) adopts a 2:00 PM cut-off time in processing applications for a Local Transport Permit (LTP).
The cut-off time shall be strictly observed in processing applications (with complete requirements) which are submitted on or before 2:00 PM from Monday to Sunday. All applications submitted beyond the 2:00 PM cut-off time shall be processed the next day at 8:00 AM.
