The PCSD Staff visited Bucana Matahimik High School, Jan. 24, to help Grade 10 student researchers acquire the basic knowledge and skills needed to kick off their studies on mangroves. According to students and teachers, they wanted to focus their research studies on mangroves to help improve their coastal community.
Forester Apollo V. Regalo, said the students showed good familiarity with the different types of mangroves.
He continued, “Nagpapasalamat kami sa mga guro ng Bucana Matahimik High School for really encouraging learning that helps improve communities and the planet itself. They give us so much hope for the future.”
