PCSDS Legal Services Conducts In-House Capacity-Development on Evidence Procedure Policy Implementation

On October 3, 2025, PCSDS Legal Services conducted an in-house capacity-development activity focused on PCSD Resolution No. 22-847, also known as the PCSDS Evidence Procedure Policy. The session covered topics such as evidence handling, documentation, turnover, and disposition, as well as effective coordination with partner agencies. It also included a discussion on the preparation of reports to serve as documentary evidence in support of enforcement efforts and legal actions of the agency.

The participants were personnel from the three district management divisions of PCSDS. The activity was designed to enhance their existing knowledge and strengthen their skills in handling evidence related to violations of environmental laws and regulations. It aimed to ensure improved compliance and support the effective prosecution of environmental offenders.
