The Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff, through its ECAN Education and Extension Division, held today an Ating Alamin Session on Workplace Health Promotion at the PCSD Building.
With theme, “Workplace Health Promotion and COVID-19 Booster Vaccination Drive”, the event calls for strengthened nutrition interventions and solidarity towards health improvement as the country shifts towards living with COVID-19 virus. To be discussed are Lectures on COVID-19 Booster Shot and Diabetes awareness.
This is part of the agency’s orientation initiative to keep its employees up-to-date with relevant information and know-how through its Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) activities. As such, the event will also provide a venue for the conduct of health assessment, nutrition counselling, meal planning, and administering of COVID-19 vaccinations to PCSD employees.
