A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ATTY. JOSELITO C. ALISUAG AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF PALAWAN COUNCIL FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STAFF (PCSDS)

WHEREAS, PCSDS Executive Director ARTHUR R. VENTURA has tendered his irrevocable resignation effective August 15, 1998;

WHEREAS, under Section 20 of Republic Act 7611, the PCSDS Executive Director is to be appointed by the members of the Council;

WHEREAS, ATTY. JOSELITO C. ALISUAG has been nominated by the Office of the President to fill in the position;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon unanimous motion of the members present, RESOLVED as hereby it is RESOLVED, to appoint ATTY. JOSELITO C. ALISUAG as Executive Director of the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff, to take effect on 16 August 1998, with compensation at the rate the position carries in the Plantilla of Personnel of the PCSDS, and with all the rights, privileges and responsibilities thereunto appertaining;

RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council Chairman be authorized to formalize and sign the pertinent documents of his appointment;

RESOLVED, FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished the Office of the President, the Civil Service Commission, and other concerned agencies;
