RESOLUTION THANKING SECRETARY ANGEL C. ALCALA OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOUCES FOR ATTENDING THE COUNCIL MEETING ON 19 APRIL 1993.

WHEREAS, the Palawan Council For Sustainable Development (PCSD) held its 11th Council meeting at the Conference Room of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources in Quezon City;

WHEREAS, said meeting was held for purposes of discussing the relationship of the PCSDS and the DENR and to define the responsibilities of each entity on matters pertaining to the environment of Palawan:

WHEREAS, the Honorable Secretary, Angel C. Alcala had actively participated in the discussions of the Council on the issues that are the concern of both the DENR and the PCSD;

NOW THEREFORE, on unanimous motion, the Palawan Council For Sustainable Development hereby resolves to express it s gratitude and appreciation to the Honorable Secretary , Angel C. Alcala for having given his time and shared his opinions to the Council.
