PCSD RESOLUTION NO. 15-538

“DESIGNATING MS. LEVITA A. LAGRADA AS OFFICIAL COMPLAINANT IN ADMINISTRATIVE CASES INVOLVING VIOLATIONS OF PCSD RULES AND REGULATIONS”

                                                                                            

WHEREAS, PCSD is empowered under Section 19, paragraph 8 of Republic Act No. 7611 or the Strategic Environmental Plan for Palawan to adopt, amend and rescind rules and regulations and impose penalties for the effective implementation of the SEP and other provisions of this law;

 

WHEREAS,PCSD Resolution No. 03-207 as amended by PCSD Resolution No. 04-238 created the PCSD Adjudication Board and provided for the procedures in adjudicating cases for violation of PCSD Admin Orders;

 

WHEREAS,during the 118^th PCSD Regular Meeting, the Council passed a resolution designating Josephine S. Matulac, Director of Project Operation and Implementation Department (POID) as official complainant in cases involving violations of PCSD rules and regulations;

 

 

WHEREAS, Director Matulac manifested her desire to be replaced due to her transfer of assignment from the ECAN Operations to the Planning Department;

 

WHEREAS,complaints for violation of PCSD rules and regulations pertain to violation of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Wildlife Act, Chainsaw Act, and SEP Clearance System;

 

WHEREAS,Ms. Levita A. Lagrada, head of the Permitting and Monitoring Sectionunder the ECAN Regulation and Enforcement Division (ERED) has direct supervision over the monitoring of the implementation of PCSD policies in coordination with the District Management Offices;

 

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered,BE IT RESOLVEDas it is hereby RESOLVED,designating Ms. Levita A. Lagrada as official complainant in administrative cases involving violations of PCSD rules and regulations.

 

RESOLVED FINALLY, that Ms. Levita A. Lagrada be furnished copy of this resolution for information and guidance.
