PCSD RESOLUTION NO. 15-537

 

“AUTHORIZING PCSDS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR NELSON P. DEVANADERA TO EXECUTE DEEDS OF DONATION IN FAVOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE REGIONAL FIELD OFFICE IV-B MIMAROPA – PALAWAN, THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES REGIONAL FIELD OFFICE IV-B MIMAROPA – PALAWAN, THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF PALAWAN AND THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES- BIODIVERSITY MANAGEMENT BUREAU, ON THE DONATION OF ELEVEN (11) UNIT VEHICLES, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS.”

 

 

WHEREAS, the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS) is the absolute owner of eleven (11) vehicles described as follows:

WHEREAS, the PCSDS desires to donate to the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IV-B MIMAROPA – Palawan, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Field Office IV-B MIMAROPA – Palawan, Provincial Government of Province of Palawan and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources- Biodiversity Management Bureau the above-cited vehicles so that the said agencies may use the same for transportation purposes/activities to augment the delivery of services that will redound to the greater benefits of the public;

 

WHEREAS, the significance of the donation of above-cited vehicles is to have the donees an efficient and reliable public services to the community and it will strengthen the mutual ties between and among PCSD and Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IV-B MIMAROPA – Palawan, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Field Office IV-B MIMAROPA – Palawan, Provincial Government of Province of Palawan and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources- Biodiversity Management Bureau;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved, authorizing the PCSDS Executive Director to execute the corresponding Deeds of Donation to effect said purpose in favor of the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IV-B MIMAROPA – Palawan, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Field Office IV-B MIMAROPA – Palawan, Provincial Government of Province of Palawan and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources- Biodiversity Management Bureau, subject to applicable rules and regulations;

 

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the subject Deeds be specifically as follows:

 

  1. Deed of Donation between PCSDS and the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IV-B MIMAROPA – Palawan, covering one (1) unit vehicle;
  2. Deed of Donation between PCSDS and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Field Office IV-B MIMAROPA – Palawan, covering two (2) units vehicle;
  3. Deed of Donation between PCSDS and the Provincial Government of Province of Palawan, covering seven (7) units vehicle;
  4. Deed of Donation between PCSDS and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources- Biodiversity Management Bureau, covering one (1) unit vehicle;

 

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the above-mentioned agencies for the execution of the respective Deed of Donation;

 

RESOLVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 2015, Puerto Princesa City.
