A RESOLUTION OF SYMPATHY TO PCSD STAFF OIC EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ROMEO B. DORADO AND HIS FAMILY FOR THE DECEASE OF HIS SON JULIUS ROMNEY DORADO

WHEREAS, Republic Act 7611, otherwise known as the Strategic Environmental Plan (SEP) for Palawan Act, was passed into law on June 19, 1992 and has, since, been the framework of government agencies concerned in the formulation of plans, programs and projects affecting the environment and natural resources of Palawan;

WHEREAS, Section 16 of said Act provides that the governance, implementation and policy direction of the SEP shall be exercised by the Palawan Council For Sustainable Development (PCSD);

WHEREAS, Romeo B. Dorado has constantly extended and exemplified his commitments in contributing towards the attainment of the goals of sustainable development with his vibrant and unwaivering efforts not only as a regular employee but, most importantly, as the present OIC Executive Director of the PCSD Staff;

WHEREAS, members of this Council are in one in extending deep sympathy and in expressing sincere condolences to Director Dorado and his family in their times of grief for the loss of a loved one in the person of Julius Romney Dorado who, in the mind of this Council and of the persons who know him most, has lived his life in the best way he could;

WHEREFORE, upon motion, unanimously seconded, the Council RESOLVES, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to EXPRESS SINCERE CONDOLENCES, as hereby it is expressed, and TO EXTEND DEEP SYMPATHY, as hereby it is extended, to OIC Executive Director Romeo B. Dorado and his family for the decease of his son Julius Romney Dorado;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this Resolution be furnished to OIC Executive Director Romeo B. Dorado and his family.
