A RESOLUTION OF GRATITUDE TO COMMODORE RUPERTO RICO C BORROMEO, WESTERN COMMAND AND HIS MEN FOR HOSTING THE 148th PCSD REGULAR MEETING

WHEREAS, the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development (PCSD) held its 148th Regular Meeting at the Social Hall, Western Command, Puerto Princesa City on 25 July 2008;

WHEREAS, the Western Command headed by Commodore Rico C Borromeo and his men exhibited full support to the Council through their excellent preparation of the venue for the aforementioned meeting and their warm accommodation to the Council and its Staff;

WHEREFORE, on motion of Vice Gov. Ponce de Leon, duly seconded, the Council RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED that a PCSD resolution of thanks be passed by the PCSD to reciprocate the warm gesture of cooperation and support of Commodore Ruperto Rico C Borromeo and his men.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the WESCOM Commander.
