Upon recommendation of the Palawan Special Committee Tribal Ancestral Zone (PSCTAZ), created by virtue of PCSD Resolution No. 99-147, and pursuant to the powers vested by Republic Act No. 7611, the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development hereby declares Certificate of Ancestral Domain Claim No. 134 located in Municipality of Coron with an area of 22,284.00 hectare as Tribal Ancestral ZOne of the Environmentally Critical Areas Network (ECAN). Such proclamation will promote the protection of the rights of the indigenous peoples in the aforementioned ancestral land claim.
