One Reticulated Python turned over to PCSDS

One Reticulated Python (π˜”π˜’π˜­π˜’π˜Ίπ˜°π˜±π˜Ίπ˜΅π˜©π˜°π˜― 𝘳𝘦𝘡π˜ͺ𝘀𝘢𝘭𝘒𝘡𝘢𝘴) was turned over to the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS) by two Tourist Police Unit officers of Barangay San Pedro, Puerto Princesa City on July 16, 2021.

Said snake was found by a certain individual as it was resting and coiling up on the railings of Puerto Princesa Baywalk Park in Barangay. San Isidro, Puerto Princesa City on July 16, 2021.

The concerned individual immediately turned over the snake to the Baywalk Police station to prevent kids in the area from messing around with the snake. The snake was handed over by the personnel of Baywalk Police station to the Tourist Police Unit officers of Barangay San Pedro, who in turn, turned over the reptile to the PCSDS office on the same day.

The Reticulated Python, which measures approximately five feet in length, was brought to the Palawan Wildlife Rescue and Conservation Center (PWRCC) for its rehabilitation on the same day.
