One Leopard Cat turned over to PCSDS

One Leopard Cat (π˜—π˜³π˜ͺ𝘰𝘯𝘒π˜ͺ𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘒𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘴π˜ͺ𝘴) was turned over by Mr. Genesis Segovia of Pathmosville Village, Brgy. Tagburos, Puerto Princesa City to the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS) Enforcement Team on September 15, 2021, at around 5:00 PM.

Mr. Segovia revealed that on August 7, 2021, a certain person from the municipality of El Nido, Palawan, captured the Leopard cat for consumption purposes. However, he decided to save the wildlife species and transport it to Puerto Princesa City to be handed over to the PCSDS.

The Leopard Cat was brought to the Palawan Wildlife Rescue and Conservation Center (PWRCC) on September 15, 2021, for its rehabilitation.
