On September 10, 2024, a Welcome Ceremony for the arrival of Marine Battalion Landing Team-11 (MBLT-11) and a Send-Off Ceremony for MBLT-3 was held earlier today. Executive Director of the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS,) Atty. Teodoro Jose S. Matta, MNSA, actively participated in the ceremonies to recognize and support the outbound marine peacekeepers for their selfless service in the province of Palawan over the past five years and to welcome the incoming group. Participation in these activities showcases the ongoing commitment of Director Matta and the PCSDS to continually seek institutional support through partnerships with various agencies to achieve sustainable development in the province of Palawan.
