During the graduation ceremony, Atty. Matta also received the Leadership Award. This distinction was awarded to Atty. Matta in recognition of his exceptional leadership as the class president during the academic year.
The MNSA program is a one-year full-time masterโs degree offered by the National Defense College of the Philippines. It aims to train and develop future leaders in national defense as well as civilian authorities from the various branches of government and selected executives from the private sector to participate more effectively in the development and implementation of national security measures and in the delivery of strategic and international research that serves as the foundation for national policies.
