A resident of Busuanga, Palawan, voluntarily handed over one (1) Juvenile Philippine Hill Mynah to the PCSD DMD Calamian Monitoring and Enforcement Section on March 12, 2024. The team discovered the endangered wildlife during a compliance monitoring visit to a local establishment.

Palawan Hill Mynah is listed as a โ€œCritically Endangered Speciesโ€ under PCSD Resolution 23-967, highlighting the importance of wildlife preservation.
