𝐏𝐂𝐒𝐃𝐒 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 ‘𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞’ 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐈𝐍𝐋-𝐔𝐒𝐅𝐒, 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐧.

On August 31, the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS) received from the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL)-United States Forest Service (USFS) a total of three (3) units of Starlink Satellite Internet, at the PCSD Main Office.

Starlink is a satellite internet constellation that provides high-speed internet connectivity that is accessible even in remotest areas in Palawan. As such, it will be indispensable in the wildlife enforcement operations of PCSDS Wildlife Enforcement Section, as well as in the operationalization of the newly-launched ‘Sumbong App’ led by the ECAN Zones Management and Enforcement Division (EZMED).

It will also serve its purpose in the fulfillment of Palawan Environmental Enforcement Network (PALAWEEN) initiatives. Furthermore, it will aid in the handling and disposition of cases by the Legal Services Section (LSS) through their Case Management System (CMS).

Starlink will also facilitate the other official operations and programs of the agency and its staff that subsist on high-speed internet connection. As such, it will be instrumental in expanding the reach, and in strengthening the institutional capacity of the PCSDS in delivering its government services to its clientele. #PCSDNews#PCSDUpdates

Noong ika-31 ng Agosto, nakatanggap ng tatlong (3) yunit ng Starlink Satellite Internet ang Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS) mula sa International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL)-United States Forest Service (USFS), sa PCSD Main Office.

Isang mabilis at mabisang “internet” ang Starlink kahit sa pinaka-tagong lugar sa Palawan.Dahil dito, mahalaga ang gagampanan nito sa pagsasagawa ng mga ‘Wildlife enforcement operations’ ng PCSDS Wildlife Enforcement Section, at paggamit ng “Sumbong App” ng ECAN Zones Management and Enforcement Division (EZMED).

Malaki rin ang gagampnan ng Starlink Internet sa pagsasakatuparan ng mga operasyon at programa ng PCSDS, na nangangilangan ng napakabilis na internet connection, upang mas lalo pang mapagsilbihan ng ahensiya ang pinakakamahal nitong publiko sa Palawan.
