So. Balisungan, Bgy. Tagumpay, Coron β Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS) District Management Division (DMD) – Calamian led by District Manager Ms. Ma. Christina D. Rodriguez attended the Public Hearing of the Sangguniang Barangay (SB) of Coron Committee on Agriculture and Livelihood Development (CALD).
Organized by the local government unit of Coron, the meeting was held to deliberate on the amendments to the Municipal Ordinance No. 7-B, series of 2007, entitled βAn Ordinance Establishing the Management Policies and Implementing Rules and Regulations of Balisungan Marine Protected Area in Barangay Tagumpay, Coron, Palawan and prescribing penalties in violation thereofβ.
Aside from PCSDS, it was also attended by the representatives from the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO), PNP-Maritime, Officials of Barangay Tagumpay, FishRight representative, other members of the Committee on Environment of the LGU of Coron and stakeholders of So. Balisungan.
