𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐂𝐒𝐃𝐒 𝐖𝐄𝐎 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐢𝐳𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐰 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐜𝐮𝐭 𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬

𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐠, 𝐁𝐠𝐲. 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧, 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐳𝐨𝐧, 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐧, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 -On or about 7:00 in the morning along the mangrove area of Bgy. Panitian, the composite team of PCSDS, Peace and Order Program and PCG chanced upon a pile of more or less 8, 515 bd ft of fresh cut Apitong lumbers as well as two (2) units of chainsaw in the actual possession of three (3) individuals who failed to present the necessary documents for its possession.

The team informed them of their violations under RA 9175 or the Chainsaw Act as well as PD 705 or the Forestry Code. After they were appraised of their rights under the law, corresponding apprehension and seizure receipt were also executed for the proper disposition of the enforcement operation
