๐„๐Ž๐‚ ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐Ÿ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐‘๐จ๐จ๐ฆ, ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐œ๐ข๐ฉ๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ โ”€Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS) District Management Division (DMD)- Calamian, led by its district manager Ma. Christina D. Rodriguez, attended and participated in the Sectoral Development Planning (SDP) by the Municipal Development Council (MDC) Environment Management Committee of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Coron, July 14.

The SDP sought to formulate responsive environmental plans and activities to resolve the environmental concerns in the municipality of Coron, including reclassification of public lands; ancestral domains delineations; forest lands; parks; wildlife and restorations; water resources and waste management; which will be presented to the Municipal Development Council for possible funding through the municipalityโ€™s Annual Investment Plan (AIP) in 2024.

Aside from PCSDS, it was also attended by representatives from Local Government Unit of Coron, Department of Environment and Natural Resources- Community Environment and Natural Resources (DENR-CENRO), DENR-EMB, Philippine Coast Guard, Culion Foundation Incorporated (CFI), Womenโ€™s Organizations, and Coron Legislative, among others.
