The Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS), represented by staff from the District Management Divisions (DMD) North and South, ECAN Monitoring and Evaluation Division (EMED), and Office of the Executive Director (OED), recently participated in a four-day seminar-workshop titled “Strategic Planning on Government Procurement” held by the SCCE Training Center from March 6 to March 9, 2024, at Dynasty Court Hotel, Cagayan De Oro City, Misamis Oriental.
