𝐏𝐂𝐒𝐃𝐒 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐃𝐏𝐅𝐏 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒-𝟐𝟎𝟑𝟎 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐨𝐯’𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐧

𝑴𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕, 𝑷𝒐𝒃𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝑻𝒂𝒚𝒕𝒂𝒚, 𝑷𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒏─ Organized by the provincial government of Palawan, the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS) District Management Division (DMD)- North attended the Public Consultation on Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plan (PDPFP) for 2024-2030 last October 12.

The event enabled the provincial government of Palawan to lay down its development goals to the public and private sectors that attended the event, to be realized through the proposed Settlements Development Framework; Land Development Framework; Protection Land Development Framework; Infrastructure Development Framework, and General Land Use Framework.

PCSDS, along with the public and private sectors all over Palawan, also contributed their appraisals on the prospective projects under the PDPFP. This was to ensure the compliance of the said prospective projects with the provisions of the Strategic Environmental Plan (SEP) Law, or Republic Act No. 7611, and other pertinent laws and ordinances in Palawan for the environment.

The event was also notably attended by the municipal mayors, vice-mayors, and department heads of Taytay, Cagayancillo, Dumaran, Roxas, Araceli, Linapacan, and El Nido, among others. #PCSDNews#PCSDUpdates

Municipal Covered Court, Poblacion, Taytay, Palawan─ Dinaluhan ng Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS) District Management Division (DMD)- North ang ‘Public Consultation on Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plan (PDPFP)’ para sa taong 2024-2030 noong Oktubre 12.

Ang nasabing pagpupulong ay nagbigay-daan upang ilatag ng pamahalaang panlalawigan ng Palawan ang mga plano nito sa pag-unlad ng Palawan, alinsunod sa Settlements Development Framework; Land Development Framework; Protection Land Development Framework; Infrastructure Development Framework, at General Land Use Framework.

Kasabay ng pampubliko at pribadong sektor, nagpahayag din ang PCSDS ng kontribusyon nito sa mga proyekto na magiging bahagi ng PDPFP. Ito ay para masiguradong tumatalima ang nasabing proyekto sa mga probisyon ng Strategic Environmental Plan (SEP) Law, o Republic Act No. 7611, at iba pang nauugnay na batas at ordinansa sa Palawan para sa kapaligiran.

Ito ay dinaluhan din ng ilan sa mga municipal mayors, vice-mayors, at department heads ng Taytay, Cagayancillo, Dumaran, Roxas, Araceli, Linapacan, at El Nido.
