PCSDS Executive Director, Atty. Teodoro Jose S. Matta, MNSA, joins The 3rd State of the Province Address by Governor Dennis M. Socrates, September 3, 2024, at the Provincial Capitol of Palawan.

In his remarks, Atty. Matta emphasized, “Ecological Balance, Protection, and Conservation is everybody’s responsibility,” and added, “Ecological Governance is empowering the municipalities kasi sila ang mayro’ng boses na dapat pakinggan.”
