PCSDS EZMED actively engaged in the three-day workshop on the DENR Action Center/Hotline 8888 Operations and Ticketsโ€™ Resolution held last January 15-18, 2024 at Ciudad Christhia Resort, San Mateo, Rizal.

The workshop encompassed the enhancement of the draft Manual of Operations for the DENR Action Center/Hotline 8888 as well as informative sessions covering lectures on Office of the President Requirements on hotline 8888; Ombudsmanโ€™s guidance on Integrity, Transparency and Accountability; and ARTAโ€™s overview on RA 11032.

As part of the program, PCSDS garnered the award as one of the Most Harmonious Offices by incurring the lowest number of accumulated Action Center and Hotline 8888 tickets for CY 2023 among all the Bureaus and Attached agencies.

Key participants included focal, alternate focal, and designated staff for hotline 8888 from various DENR entities, spanning the central office, Bureaus and Attached Agencies, National Capital Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, and V.
