𝐏𝐂𝐒𝐃𝐒 𝐃𝐌𝐃-𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐱𝐚𝐬

𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫’𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐑𝐨𝐱𝐚𝐬, 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐧 – On June 27, the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS) District Management Division (DMD)-North attended the 2nd Quarter meeting of Roxas Municipal Ecological Solid Waste Management Board (MESWMB).

Organized by the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) of Roxas, the meeting tackled the proposed municipal ordinance seeking to ban the use of single-use plastics in the municipality and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Aside from PCSDS, it was also attended by the heads and representatives of Liga ng mga Barangays, Department of Education (DepEd), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Municipal Police Station, Committee of Environment and Natural Resources of Roxas, and market vendors, among others.
