๐˜พ๐™ค๐™ง๐™ค๐™ฃ, ๐™‹๐™–๐™ก๐™–๐™ฌ๐™–๐™ฃโ”€ On August 17, four (4) species of turtles โ”€(1) Asian Leaf Turtle (๐˜Š๐˜บ๐˜ค๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฎ๐˜บ๐˜ด ๐˜ฅ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ข), and three (3) Southeast Asian Box Turtles (๐˜Š๐˜ถ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ข ๐˜ข๐˜ฎ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฐ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ด๐˜ช๐˜ด) โ”€ were turned over to Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS) District Management Division (DMD)- Calamian by the Philippine National Police (PNP) Maritime Group Coron after rescuing the wildlife species in Bgy. Bintuan.

The Southeast Asian Box turtles were listed as โ€œEndangered Speciesโ€ under the PCSD Resolution 15-521, while the Asian Leaf Turtle is listed as โ€œLower Riskโ€ species in the IUCN Red List.

Bintuan.

Ayon sa PCSD Resolution 15-521, ang Southeast Asian Box turtles ay isa ng โ€œEndangered Speciesโ€ (paubos-bilang na pagong); samantala, ang Asian Leaf Turtle ay tinagurian ng โ€œLower Riskโ€ species (unti-unti nang nauubos) sa international Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List.
